Here at Express Lofts we understand having any work done on your property can be stressful. We aim to minimise disruption to your daily life whilst carrying out the work

In most cases ,we have all materials delivered on day one and lifted up via a crane onto a scaffold loading bay , leaving the areas surrounding your home clear 

Access is made via roof and the majority of the construction is completed before we install the new bespoke made to measure staircase up to the loft . Keeping your home clean,dry,and safe 

I've got 15 year's experience in converting lofts. If you choose to proceed with your project with us, i will be onsite everyday carrying out the majority of the work, to answer any questions you may have throughout the process, and manage the other trades
